Job Description
The purpose of the Temporary HR Administrator is to support the HR Business Partners during the high volume of HR related projects that the team are currently working on.
The duration of this position is initially till Christmas.
Key Deliverables;
  • Recruitment administration using the EPloy Database including placing adverts, liaising with recruiters and managers on candidate short listing, scheduling interviews and note-taking during some interviews.

  • Keep the recruitment tracker document up to date to facilitate preparation for any reporting requirements

  • Manage the onboarding process and documentation for new starters to include verification of right to work documentation, updating the recruitment tracker, co-ordinating the induction process and monitoring probation periods

  • Prepare and administer employment documents including offer letters, contracts, references, pensions, benefits and any other documents as necessary

    • Employee benefit administration

    • Manage exit questionnaires, employee survey administration and collation of results

    • Keep all HR databases up to date including Payroll & Pensions

    • Run monthly HR reports to monitor KPI`s  

    • Support for investigations and hearings and minute taking in HR meetings, including disciplinary and grievance meetings

    • Update the organisation chart

    • Undertake general filing and archiving.

    • Be aware of, and comply with GDPR and current employment legislation

    • Other tasks as may be reasonably requested by line manager from time to time

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience
    • Has previous HR Admin Experience

    • Able to work under own initiative

    • Good attention to detail and able to work in a  highly confidential manner

    • MS Office skills, specifically Word and Excel

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Time management skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with flexibility

    • Confident verbal and written communicator

    • Team player
