Job Description

As a Project Services Coordinator  (FTC) you will be supporting the Project Team with the accurate administration of the projects. This is a part time fixed term contract up to 1 year. 25 hours per week flexible

 Key Deliverables:

-          Ensure project DSR records are correct and ready for prompt invoicing at month end

-          Assist the Project Managers in completing project reporting requirements including those for the customer

-          Register and file all incoming / outgoing correspondence in accordance with project numbering system

-          Ensure all project documents are saved in the project folders in a timely manner

-          Keep project details and timeframes updated within internal systems

-          Ensure travel costs have been allocated correctly to the projects

-          Support the Project Managers with project housing requirements

-          Take minutes for project meetings

-          Raise new vendor requests & purchasing requisitions

-          Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

Qualifications, Skills and Experience



-         Excellentorganisational skills

-         Minimum2 years of project work experience

-         Fluentin English language (reading, writing and speaking)

-         Computerliterate proficient in MS Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Reader

-         Stronginterpersonal skills

-         Able towork on own initiative

-         Abilityto work to deadlines
