Purpose:       

To support the Facilities Team, providing support to maintain a high-quality working environment.

Key Deliverables:

To provide a cleaning service to specified areas as set out below.

Company Properties

• Strip, wash, dry bedding, towels, and bathmats
• Hoover & mop floors
• Dust & wipe surfaces
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect all toilet bowls, sinks, taps, shower trays and fittings
• Damp dust doors and frames and handsets
• Wipe skirting where accessible
• Deep cleans as required
• Maintain a small stock level, restock cleaning supplies and toiletries and liaise with the Facilities team if new stock/supplies are required
• Supporting the wider business as needed at the head office (This cover will be required when the house is empty)

Other duties of a similar nature as directed from time to time
