Job Description

Purpose:

To facilitate the stores and procurement process for all projects

Key Deliverables:

  • Accurate store keeping , ordering, tracking and recording of materials
  • General project administration

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Equipment Inventory Control and certification

  • Ordering equipment, raising purchase orders based on project need

  • Site visits

  • Confidently make and justify informed decisions

  • Maintain inventory database to ensure PPE certification does not expire

  • Driving / couriering items to sites

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to react to project and client requirements to maintain pace of operations
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Word)
  • Knowledge of PPE (training will be provided)
  • Experience in offshore wind
  • GWO – Basic Safety Training (training will be provided)
  • Must be local to Grimsby
