Job Description



Your role as Offshore Resource Coordinator and as part of the CWind Offshore Resourcing team will be to manage the day-to-day manning requirement services and activities for CWind Projects and Vessels including but not limited to:

 Ideally located close to Grimsby, however, this is flexible 



  • Recruitment and on boarding process of vessel/project personnel liaising with HR
  • On call duty out of hours on a rotation
  • Verifying qualification, documentation and certification prior to joining vessels or projects
  • Working with project managers, marine manager and superintendents in line with project requirements
  • Liaising with the client on induction requirements and crew rotation updates
  • Arrange and coordinate travel for project / vessel personnel as required and in liaison with our third party marine travel agency
  • Update the crew management system as necessary as well as conducting audits for accurate record keeping
  • Application of crew visas as required, handling of flag required certificates
  • Responsible for maintaining updated vessel rotation plans and execution of agreed crewing strategies
  • Responsible for providing all necessary documents to payroll and finance each month
  • Ensuring personnel are maintaining compliance through IMS (integrated Management System)
  • Handle all documentation, administration and deployment of personnel for projects and vessels
  • Sound knowledge of GWO as well as STCW, MLC and relevant international manning, and flag state requirements
  • Follow up of mandatory certificates renewal, medical follow up, pre-assignment / post-assignment briefings
  • Performance appraisal verification
  • Forecasting and planning ahead rotations where possible
  • Input into the monthly Fleet HR Report as required
  • Ensuring clients receive rotation updates
  • Internal and external audit preparation and support
  • Other personnel matters as directed by the Project Manager and Global Marine Group HR
Qualifications, Skills and Experience


  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in crew manning services
  • Computer literate proficient in MS suite
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels and backgrounds
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work flexibly - Due to the dynamic nature of the business, longer hours may be required occasionally.
  • People management skills
