Job Description

Experience of the following -


Administration of databases such as Achilles , CAPA/ Nonconformance / Incidents, COSHH

ESOS or Energy Compliance schemes –collating and analysingdata

Collating and updating monthly KPI data and reports frommultiple sources and producing monthly reports

Analysing QHSE data from multiples sources – CAPA’s ,Audits, Incidents, Environment / ESOS and producing reports

Qualifications, Skills and Experience


Effective data analyst , organiser with strong influencing skills and a commitment to continual improvement, with effective communication styles to influence, persuade and inspire stakeholders.

Advanced excel and MS Office skills to maintain and develop KPI / Performance monitoring systems e.g. pivot charts, tables.

Proficient in use of databases such as Achilles, FPAL, Sedex , Corrective action / Non conformance / Incident management, Alcumus or similar

Manage and maintain corrective action database working closely with RQHSE Business partners to achieve timely closure of improvements identified

Ability to identify improvement opportunities through trend analysis of data.

Excellent typing and word processing skills
Effective interpersonal skills, person must be able to interface across all areas of the company
Experience in marine, manufacturing and/or construction environment
Effective team player
Calm under pressure and effective in meeting deadlines

Ideally have

  • Experience in ISO 9001/14001/18001 Management Systems – 1 year
  • Internal Auditor of ISO 9001 and /or ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001
