Job Description


Being part of the Cwind resourcing team, your duty as an Offshore Resourcing Coordinator will be managing the day-to-day crew manning service activities for the Cwind Projects and vessels including but not limited to:

Key Deliverables

  • Arrange and coordinate travelling arrangements for Cwind Offshore personnel in liaison with our third party marine travel agency & the Project Manager

  • Verification of crew qualifications/documentation prior to joining

  • Verification of personal references.

  • Keep contact with personnel on vacation as relevant, monitoring of crew P&I and or medical claim documentation

  • Update the Crewing files and office computer records as relevant

  • Application of crew visas as required, handling of flag required Certificates

  • Responsible for maintaining updated vessel rotation plans and execution of agreed crewing strategies

  • Responsible for providing all necessary documents to payroll before the 16th of each Month including any overtime claims

  • Responsible for checking all contractor invoices and providing to accounts by 10th of each Month

  • Responsible for the weekly submission of expenses claims to accounts

  • In partnership with the Project manager, recruit vessel based contractors and ensuring all compliance checks are completed

  • Responsible for maintaining company records for all seafarers from crew manning pool under responsibility

  • Handle all documentation, administration and deployment of crew

  • Sound knowledge of STCW, MLC  and relevant international manning, and flag state requirements

  • Follow up of mandatory certificates renewal, medical follow up, pre-assignment / Post-assignment briefings

  • Performance appraisal follow up, monthly reporting on crewing matters

Other crew matters as directed by the Project Manager and Global Marine Group HR

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Crew Manning services

  • Fluent in English language (reading, writing and speaking)

  • Computer literate proficient in MS Office, Outlook Express, Adobe Reader

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels and backgrounds

  • A good attention to detail

  • Able to work on own initiative

  • Ability to travel internationally at short notice

  • Ability to work flexibly - due to the dynamic nature of the business, longer hours may be required occasionally.

  • People management skills
