Job Description

Purpose:  To be responsible for the raising of company payments and banking administration.  Processing of Purchasing and corporate credit cards. To assist with the raising of sales invoices and credit control duties.

Key Deliverables:

  • Banking
    • Raising of multi-currency payments for weekly BACS, Pro-forma requests, urgent Payments.
    • Prepare Paperwork for the approval of Bank Account Transfers.
    • Banking Administration – Form completion for any changes that may arise, filing, adhoc duties.             

 

  •  Purchasing and Corporate Cards
    • Download Statements from Portal and Update Tracker.
    • Send out Statements to employees if requested.
    • Check Statement / Expense returns, Approvals and Input into IFS.
    • Chase any outstanding Statement / Expenses from Employees.                                 
  • Sales Invoices and Credit Control

    • Assist Group Credit Controller with Raising of Sales Invoices, chasing of debt in line with agreed debt collection process.
  • Adhoc
    • You may be requested to carry out supplementary duties or other duties not defined in this Job Description at various times as requested by the Company in order to ensure the smooth running of the department.
